Okay so i will first off say that i got really excited for this debut book when i read the synopsis。 The cover is amazing， love it！ So i have been excited to read it， i do have a thing for well written abused heroins， i love the path they go， the growth they do。 All the emotions。 To go from the bottom to the top， hell yeah。 And we got the 5 childhood friends， interesting concept。 Nothing new but i am down for that all day everyday。 But i did not like this as much as i had wanted to， sadly。 It fe Okay so i will first off say that i got really excited for this debut book when i read the synopsis。 The cover is amazing， love it！ So i have been excited to read it， i do have a thing for well written abused heroins， i love the path they go， the growth they do。 All the emotions。 To go from the bottom to the top， hell yeah。 And we got the 5 childhood friends， interesting concept。 Nothing new but i am down for that all day everyday。 But i did not like this as much as i had wanted to， sadly。 It felt a little repetitive when it was like a circle with the heroin saying it´s nothing and hiding stuff from the guys， protecting them and wanting to be the one saving everyone。 She has such a kind heart， even to those who maybe don´t deserve her kindness。 The guys where all up in her ass trying to understand what´s going on and Axel being an ass to the heroin Kiarra， he be saying the same thing to her that she was a spoilt princess and so on which i felt when more than half of the book still was in that same kind of path it became repetitive for me。 It´s hard to explain exactly but yeah， i do have a feeling it´s just the beginning so i will ofc read the second one。 I also wanna get to know the guys better their animal and power they have cuz they are supposed to be the top alphas or something so i expect greatness xD In a way it´s a fast paced story， it´s always something happening but in another way i felt the story not processing that fast， they where in the same spot until the last chapters。 Aaand that ending， whhaaat nooooo that cliffhanger tho :（Good job for being a debut book， keep up the great work！ I know how hard it is to write a book， i have tried lol。 。。。more

wow！ This book is full of feels！ our heroine is so brave and I love that she doesn’t give up。 Her men are hot and possessive and I cannot wait to see where their story goes。 That ending gutted me！ Looking forward to the next book。

fast paced， easy read， lots of future potential I read this book in two hours。 It was quick and easy。 You jump right into the story。 Our heroine has the ability to heal herself。 She’s been broken beyond repair but is still kicking。 The story moves so fast that you don’t really get to know her personality。 She’s definitely selfless， defiant， and a bit sassy but she’s broken。 She kind of has a resigned to my fate mentality at some points of the book even though she is working on an escape。 I do li fast paced， easy read， lots of future potential I read this book in two hours。 It was quick and easy。 You jump right into the story。 Our heroine has the ability to heal herself。 She’s been broken beyond repair but is still kicking。 The story moves so fast that you don’t really get to know her personality。 She’s definitely selfless， defiant， and a bit sassy but she’s broken。 She kind of has a resigned to my fate mentality at some points of the book even though she is working on an escape。 I do like that she doesn’t open up and spill everything to the men when she meets them or even at all。 While she feels a connection it’s not an instant here’s my life story help me moment。 Some she keeps because she doesn’t trust them and then it’s to protect them。The males in the story， they’re introduced quickly and all at once。 I have to say it’s hard to keep track of them and their own personalities。 Chaos ensures immediately after they meet and it makes it harder to get to know who they are as individuals。 Towards the last half of the book we start to see some of the layers peal back and we get to know a little bit about them as individuals。 They’re shifters yet beyond hearing about their animals and little possessive moments we don’t see them as shifters until the last chapter of the book。The book ends on a cliffhanger （ish） there’s an epilogue that helps soothe that。The world building isn’t fully there BUT this is a series where book 1 lays the ground for what I think is a going to be a good book 2The spice is mild。 Mostly words and a few heavy make-out sessions。 It’s mostly sexual tension and promises。I liked it， it was an easy read and I would read book two。 I am hoping that book two gives us more character depth and development and gives us time to know the characters and slows the pace。 。。。more
